Back on Track
Well, this morning I got up, cleaned up the living room somewhat, and I actually put in Walk Away the Pounds, and I did the 1-mile walk. Which reminds me, I need to record all my eating and exercising from the weekend still. Hopefully, that will help get me back on track. Also, decided that maybe I should keep my Intervent stuff at work, where it's in my face more than at home, to help keep me on track better there. My co-workers always seem to ask me more questions and stuff, helping keep me accountable (even if they don't realize it) when I have it there. I have this habit of bringing it out in the hall at naptime every so often when it's there, so we get to talking and it takes me 2-3 times longer to get my homework done :). Oh, and I weighed myself this morning and I lost 3 pounds since Friday morning (which I just don't understand -- not that I'm complaining, just commenting).
Next task: drink more water ... or, rather ... drink any water, period (I'm so bad about that) ... possibly I might even try to do away with soda when I start that.
