Exciting day at work

So today, since it was so wet outside during out normal outside time, we went for a walk through the Plaza and up to the parking garage where we unload and let the kids run and play. Another teacher and I are up there for an hour, and another 2 teachers join us half an hour into that time. One of the other teachers looks up at the ceiling (she was describing something one of her kiddos does), and asks "What's that?" The three of us look up and freak out cuz there's a FLIPPING BAT HANGING IN THE PARKING GARAGE OF THE PLAZA .... INSIDE THE BUILDING ... BASICALLY IN THE PLAZA. You have never seen people move so fast in your life. Yuck! Let the information desk know so they could call someone about it, and they're like "A bat? In the garage garage or inside by the elevator or by the stairs?" It was fun to explain it.

Yeah, glad to be home in my bat free home.
